I think the invincible period during titan melee should be removed, this would really help balance the game
I can't say I disagree with you. My problem extends to all the titans though. I think overall the titans are weak and slow, but then because of this they are treated like middle-aged men and allowed to overcompensate for this with a shiny new sports car (OP cores aka Viagra). Keeping to the focus of your thread though, Ronin is the worst and most annoying. I'm OK with leaving all as is though, but I just want one thing. Give me my Stryder with Dash Core and fully customizable loadouts with nothing changed from TF1 and allow me to use it in TF2 to lay Ronin and his little attitude right on his backside where he belongs and we're good.
Nah, not me, I used to hate it too just because I couldn't use it and it always killed me. Over time I've learned me some of its tactics and have come to appreciate it. Like in LTS or TBrawl it has it's place, I usually use a different titan each drop depending on how I died last, the Ronin included, especially when you know the other teams got a number of dooms or half deads. It's a nasty little piece of work on Bounty during troop drops. And a good fodder sorter in Attrition. Vs other Titans though, unless you can get in close yep you can die quick. Don't think it should go though, otherwise so should the Tone........bit gnarly that rocket salvo huh?
Try using him, he has no health, and can be melted by any other Titan, if you get killed by a Ronin user often, maybe they are good Ronin pilots, like when I first used him, I thought he was pretty bad, and felt too weak, and so I used Ion and some other Titans, but now I have been using him a lot more, and he is pretty good, not at all op, but fun and challenging to play, honestly Ronin feels like the Hunter class in Destiny, every body says Hunter is too op, but Hunters are the complete opposite of op, they have different abilities, less based on spam and damage, and more based on movement, control, and a hit and run play style, and isn't supposed to tank damage, and that's how Ronin is, not op, and doesn't need to be removed
I don't want it to go or to be removed. I just want my Stryder with Dash Core and fully customizable loadout from TF1 with absolutely nothing changed and then I would be happy to face 10 Ronins.
