I can't use ticks because I find being killed by them totally obnoxious so I choose not to inflict them on others. :)

Hahah yes I hate being killed by the ticks but when you think about it they are kinda funny to use lol. I'm gonna keep trying them out , I been using amped weapons for so long I wanted to try something different

That is exactly the reason why I started using them. It was one of those, "If you can't beat em, join em." things.

Also, I prefer playing Amped Hardpoint and they are great for helping to defend a hardpoint.

I'm all about the ticks, Attrition, Bountry, CTF, Amped HP, they are the knees. I switched to them because I didn't want to get caught by anyone here there was a post 'ages' ago about how farmy the pilot sentry was.....which I now tend to dislike myself but appreciate it's use (punks that park these in home flag areas!!!! lol!) I have found that they are great as a close quarter mobile sentry, or if you know the direction of the fight, throwing them into it and flanking. Not to mention against AI they can do multiple kills which is great on Bounty or ATT.

I would actually be really interested if you could see how many times they'd killed, quite a few of my score cards will have a good percent that are attributed to ticks I am sure.

They are no good to throw out when nobody is around. And sometimes it's good to give a 30 second odd gap between the two. Nifty pilots will get around them no probs though.

I've ended titans with them too, so they are a bit of a joker in the deck sometimes I suppose, they do surprise.

Obviously, there is plenty of times they just go die, but personally I think they are great, I don't use anything else anymore. Ticks the way!

The more firepower vs ability is my calling card. Love em.

That is actually an excellent tip that I should try to use more often, because by throwing both out at the same time, there is probably a good chance that one is always being wasted.

Specially on Amped, ticks and smoke, great for defense. Plus the Spitfire, you're a pretty angry pilot to attack with that loadout!

Yeah, that sounds like a nice loadout. Will have to try that sometime. Also, I love the Yoda quote.
