My first game was Pokemon Yellow on the GameBoy Color (I had a purple one). One of my dads friends gave it to me when I was little after he got a Gameboy Advanced. I played the hell out of that game . My first console game was Battlefront on the Ps2, and I loved that game as well. I cant remember my first PC game, but I'm going to guess it was one of the Backyard Sports games (probably football) in 2001 or something like that.
Very first game was Peanut Butter Panic on the Commodore 64; first shooter was Doom. Oh, beloved Doom. First console that I could convince my parents to buy me rather than mooch off a friend was the PS1.
My very first game was super Mario smash bros on the game cube. That was a long time ago but we all had fun with that
First one I remember was a NES and the game was Duck Hunt and Super Mario. First one I bought with my own money was a PS1 with Syphon Filter.
First console played: Atari 2600 First PC: Windows 3.1 Couldn't really play any good games on Win3.1, not until I got a Win95 PC. With a smoldering 266Mhz Pentium II Processor! I think that was $2000 and it was the floor model.
Video game was James Bond Living Daylights on the Spectrum for anyone who remembers it. Games came in the form of cassette tapes lol First console was the Sega Mega-Drive, and the game that came with it was Altered-Beast.
My first console was the original NES and got a Super Mario Brothers / Legend of Zelda bundle. My first PC was an Alienware X51 and the first thing I IMMEDIATELY downloaded for that was Skyrim and a shit ton of mods.
Wow, this brings back long forgotten memories of when gaming was fun, relaxing and I would bever dream of throwing my controller at the TV...
My first game was Alex the Kidd on a Sega Master System II console. My brother and I used to do one level each than swap over lol. Too true HP about Win95. The old man bought one of those first Win95 PC's in Australia for something like $3500 AUD for work. I remember it came pre-packaged with Dune II (which I played) lol. I remember the office just covered in floppy disks
NES w/ Super Mario Brothers @ the age of six I beat the game without getting hit (or so i'm told). I wish I had that kind of free time today.
Donky Kong on Super Nintendo (early 90's) i do not remember which one. The one i remember most vividly is GoldenEye
Actually, My first console was a ps2 and the game Medal of Honor: Rising sun. My first FPS, my brother (Who is 7 years older than me) was super jealous and he often played it a lot in my room. Soul Caliber and Sonic adventure were fun too.
My first console was an Atari 2600 which I had Frogger, Donkey Kong, and Missile Command. Not sure which one was the very first game though.
Props to the dude that said Burger Time. Lol.. ohh man those were the days. My first console was Atari 5200, first games were Gyrus and Wizards & Warlocks or something like that. First PC game was Shamus on DOS.
My first video game was Combat that came with my first console the Atari 2600. My first PC was Commodore 128 that can go into 64 mode so I can play all those cool games like Karateka and Questprobe The Amazing Spider-Man.
