Howdy to all!!! Just got my first taste last night.....Aaaaarghhh!!! First thing I heard was (and I quote) in the cutest tiny feminine voice "Now,.....what are we supposed to do here?" I think I said "shoot stuff....ALOT!!!" Seeing as how I had never played this either,.....seemed like a good plan. BTW, not knocking the fairer pilot, and actually appreciate the tactically minded female more so, just thought it really punctuated what was about to occur. Very fast paced (5-6 wave). Need to get yur "mad on" early... I can see where this could be a lot of fun with the right mindset and like minded players. I spent more time running back and forth TRYING to run defense AND tactical/offense and no one seemed to get the whole premise, everybody all bunched up (TURRETS TOO!!!). The drop ship wait is pure torture.... Look forward to playing it the way it was meant to be played.... Very cool though. Take note to all: If you see my GT (PAYLHORS8248) on the board (add me if you like) and understand what I mean by the above frustrating observations and need a Wingman (or third, or fourth...) on this give a shout.
