I'm a big Android fan. I like the fact that I have an open platform if I choose to experiment with it. Also, I have pretty big hands, and iOS mobile devices really don't do it for me in that department. I'm currently using a Nexus 5, and I absolutely love it.

Personally i'm an HTC guy. I just think that the build quality of the iphone is lacking far behind android. Apple has to release a new phone every few months just to keep buisness.

I've had my Galaxy S3 for the past year and a half and I cant fault it.

However, I will say one thing about iPhone's. In terms of physical shape and size I prefer the iPhone over all other phones. Its the right shape and size for my hand and pocket. I just wont get one because I hate being locked in by Apple IP and it's inflexibility.

Had a few good experiences with them and they are quite durable. Drop my new Smartphone in the turned on fryer and it still works. It had to withstand like 180°C for like 5 min cause I was freakin out

It's no contest android all the way. With apple products your limited in what you can do and if you want to do half of the things you can do with an android you have to jailbreak it and void your waranty. It's sad and that new latest OS update basically just made the phone into more of an android lolz

Uhmmm.... Recently? I don't think we're talking about the same phone. the FIRST ever G1 (or HTC Dream) is the first Google phone that came out. and first phone made by HTC. came outa year after the first iPhone. HTC G1 or Dream came out October 2008 and the first iPhone came out June 2007.

Family has a Galaxy S3 but im a Apple user myself. Sure limitations do exist but Iphone is made into a simpler more beautiful design that is easy to navigate. Not like the 100 app buttrape the Galaxy had preinstalled. I just like Apple products. Even if they are overpriced.

I prefer Apple products. I'd rather have a fast functioning device that does what I need it to instead of having that plus all the extras Samsung and others have on theirs. I use a Galaxy Note for work and I don't like it. It takes awhile just to learn how to do simple things because of all the, what I call, unimportant features.

What's one reason that Android is better than Apple other than Android having greater customization features?
