Can't connect to matchmaking servers (408)

    When I hit play, I get "Matchmaking..." and then "Cannot connect to matchmaking servers" with (408) in the bottom left corner of the notice. Anyone else have this issue? I just reinstalled and repaired the reinstall. Origin is launched as an admin. Firewalls are off.
