With the exception of the properties to add to the launch, the article doesn't say anything much we don't already know. The game still performs oddly and breaks FPS a lot. ALSO NOTE WELL: If you have a monitor that is ABOVE 60Hz and you both disable and enable vsync for your game, your game will "lock" to your monitor's refresh rate. Going above 60FPS introduces a LOT of stutter, unless you can limit it exactly to 120fps (maybe 144 may do this, but my screen is only 120Hz) at which point it stops stuttering. 80, 90, etc fps being variable is EXTREMELY stuttery and is exactly why I turned off vsync in-game and let it lock to 60 naturally, because it's terrible to look at.
Forcing vsync off in game and on in the nvidia control panel does not get rid of the mouse problem. The mouse speed is still affected by your fps.
