This may be a dumb question, and I'm sorry if this has already been answered, but I keep seeing users with an "Elite Pilot" banner under their name. What's that all about?
Great question, and I'm working on an FAQ to address questions like this. Elite Pilots are users that have paid $10 for a lifetime membership here with certain benefits such as a private forum, shoutouts on Twitter "Follow Fridays", additional signature privileges, and extra entries into contests. It's a way for people to help support the cost of running this forum (server, upgrades, maintenance, new features, etc). I've been brainstorming on new ways to make it even more appealing, but those are the general benefits right now.
