Sorry you feel that way. Evacs are a small redeeming challenge for me after a loss. A successful evac takes team cooperation and sometimes self sacrifice to protect the ship for your mates. Maybe worrying less about your success in getting on and focusing on the success of the ship would make it more fun for you.
Nothing that happens in Evac counts toward in-game scores but they do count for challenges and what not.
Yeah, most of the time I use the time to beat the hell out of the guys who beat me while they are trying to blow up the ship. Taking out 3 or 4 titans is pretty satisfying. I usually don't evac, because it is kind of admitting defeat, plus I'm so used to being on the winning side that my instinct is to blow up the ship rather than get on it.
Surf on the opponents ship for an alternate reason to hang around for evac. See how long you can stay on.
I love evac time if I lose I go boogie somewhere and shoot wildly everywhere and sometimes others or enemies will come boogie too. (you know, TF boogie) Otherwise I always love jumping on top of the losing team drop ship and trying my luck, usually blow the hell out of myself though shooting straight at the roof!! ... lol.
@RottweilerluvNZ Ha ha, I can dig the boogie but I gotta side @A4eaTransformer it just feels pointless now. Depending on my mood I'll bounce out too win or loose. And to be honest when you loose there can be an army of reapers annoying the heck outta everything
