Apparently the film grain effect becomes less noticeable (or even turned off) when you turn the brightness ruler in the video settings to 0 / leftmost position. After that, you could try to get the brightness level back up with a tool such as SweetFX (ReShade) changing the gamma level ("Lift Gamma Gain") and / or contrast ("Curves"), which I'm doing with good results.
please Respawn give us option to deactivate film grain! film grain is for films not for games! and depth of field too, i aim an enemy pilot o titan and the screen is blurred, wtf
It was supposed to be in the last patch but it wasn't. Of the the Respawn devs confirmed on the subreddit that the option is coming in a new patch. Probably alongside the live-fire mode.
