If we are going to embrace this new idea of preset loadout specialized titans, what new titans would you like to see? Here are a couple I thought of to get things started: Bruiser Primary Weapon: Powerful Punch Ordinance: Ground Bash (punch ground and create mini earthquake) Tactical: Jump (could jump up onto a building, or jump off of one and onto a Titan) Shield: Bullet Net (catch all incoming fire into a net, which you can swing and smash over the head of another titan) Core: Berserker (like Brick in Borderlands) Turret (this would be stationary, so you couldn't get in it and all abilities would happen automatically, you would decide to use this as stationary defense or offense instead of having a vehicular titan, it would have a battery just like titans though) Primary Weapon: Large Turret (like hackable ones in TF1) Ordinance: Mortars (like Mortar Titans in Frontier Defense of TF1) Tactical: Titan Smart Lock (would lock on titans, but not pilots) Shield: Automatic New Battery Core: Shield Core (like the Ogre had) Don't get me wrong, my preference would still be fully customizable loadouts for titans including the cores, but short of that, let's see what interesting titans we could come up with in this environment. I personally would love to take Bruiser and knock Ronin and his attitude on his skinny little butt.
i want something like this the mech suit from District 9 lots of tracking missiles at the same time very fast energy machinegun a fast beam of anti-titan energy that destroys anything with one shot fast moving and no so big as a titan when it takes damage it bleeds a black flammable liquid that can be set on fire by shooting it the same pulse, radar, sonar thing that Tone has, to see through walls, team mates can see too and something like this: big and powerful a Legion a fast 6 barrel machinegun on the left a semiautomatic rifle that shoots anti-titan explosive bullets deploys stationary explosives to explode on remote conrtol or proximity nuclear ejection by default the same pulse, radar, sonar thing that Tone has, to see through walls, team mates ca see too
for this titans: aiming wth the weapon sight, you can see throug smoke, (there is already that sight in the game)
Really like the bruiser idea, plus anything referencing borderlands is a major bonus. As a side note. I really think northstar should have something instead of the tether. I'd like to see phase dash.
Very cool ideas guys! Those images are awesome Derrame. I sure wouldn't want to mess with that big guy. Yes, Getmused, Borderlands will always be near and dear to my heart.
Wow Trini! Thanks for sharing all those pictures. I don't know where you and Derrame get all the cool pictures so fast. I especially like the blue/green one about halfway down, but my absolute favorite is the one right below that, which is kind of goldish/brown and has an actual shield in his left hand. He is really cool!
