Lost connect to server

    Hi everyone,
    i'm from Vietnam, i have a problem that when i try to connect to match, game was stop a bit and show "lost connect to server", my Ping good, just 35 ms, i don't understand why with that Ping i can't connect to game.
    anyone know and have solution for my problem?

    Does it say 35 ms in region or a internet speed test?
    Check your firewall settings

    it said 35 ms in region,ping in game about 55 ms.
    you mean that i must turn off firewall on my computer?
    i will try, thank for your advise!
