Take the tactical ability that is Stim, and take away the speed boost (it's freaking uncontrollable) and make it Amplified shields (aka juggernaut) for a second or two. IMO would be a huge game balancer.

Completely disagree. If they wanted to decrease stim's speed, but increase the general ground speed movement I might be interested. Its complete removal is a big no from me though. At any rate, you have A-Wall which is basically the same thing anyway.
Umm, hmm, I don't no how to say no strong enough without coming off stubborn or sounding like a jerk but stim is the last thing this game needs to nerf. There is nothing like it anywhere else and I absolutely love flying around the map. Why don't you try it, just curious? What abilities do you use. And why do you think it's any worse than phase dash
I mainly use phase shift with health regen, allows me to escape while reloading mid fire fight. But with extended play and better understanding of the class, I suppose I would re-iterate, with a future class suggestion, being juggernaut type ability
