Hey, have noted that a few people before me have had this problem, but I can't figure out how to resolve it. When I launch the game, I can hear sound where the EA Games and Respawn splash screens are shown. However, in the main menu of the game, there is no sound. When I click on Intro, the intro video has sound. But in game, there is no sound. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.
Just asking...no sound from what? No sound from tv, monitor, or headphones. If you are using the xbox headphone adapter have you made sure That game and chat are not muted and volume is adjusted.... Can you hear me now?
This has happened to me. Also I loose my mic function periodically. I thought it was a defective stereo adapter you snap onto the controller but a reboot (unplug XBone) fixed it.
