Like Gen10 Pilots get like 5% XP bonus for Titanfall2 or special emblems or something like that? I would personally love that.
I was thinking about that as well, but I doubt they would ever do that since PS4 players would be left in the cold.
Not really. There will be no cross play with the PS model so it's not like they'd be at any disadvantage. I think a Titanfall 1 gen 10 camo set would do. I don't want an advantage over anyone, but an aesthetic would be nice.
You know those sets of nuts that hillbillies hang off the back of their trucks? The T1 OG's will get a set of those for their titans... A set of old saggy titan nuts.
I heard a rumor a while ago that gen 10's were going to get invites to the beta like it was some big deal, then I heard everyone and their grandmas were gonna get an invite... However, your idea does sound good and it could line up with what I heard. Gen 10's getting a first dibs crack at the beta 12 hours earlier than everyone else to give the developers a chance to ease into any unnexpected issues...
Early access to the Beta for Gen. 10's would be of benefit to Respawn. Being a Gen 10 shows that the individual Gamer has put in the time and knows better than just about anyone how the game plays and feels. 12 hours wouldn't be enough though. I think it should be atleast 1 week ahead to truly give the game a good workout... This should be a gimmy imho. If no early access......I would be stoked to have some type of Camo or a Avatar....Logo........Patch or something that recognizes us faithful Pilots. Something easily recognizable during the game by all other Players/Pilots. When I served in the Marine Corps the term "Salty" was used to recognized experienced Marines who had served overseas. The term came from when the Marines took part in the Island Hopping Campaign via WWII...... They had the Salty feeling of coming ashore via the beaches....the camouflage aka cammies would take on a certain look and feel. During WWII you could always tell who the reinforcement marines were because the cammies didn't have the faded salt water ocean look to them. In order to recognize that history.....in periods of non conflict ......Marines who had atleast been deployed would wash their uniforms in Salt Water....to stand out from the non salty marines... This would fade them a bit to look like the WWII Marines uniforms looked after storming numerous beach heads... I propose Gen 10's get some type of Salty Uniform to separate us from the Noobs.
I guess in going with the thread the Titanfall 1 players already got their bonuses... we got to play Titanfall 1. In going with The Goonies... I love that movie!!!
Beta's these days don't seem to last very long. My guess is it will only be availabe for 2 and a half to 3 days.

I agree that a reward, be it early beta access or cosmetic or something else, to those who made it to the top is worth respawn doing. It's just a small piece of recognition to those dedicated players and something that I wouldn't think would be too hard to do. It's a bit of respect to their dedicated community members. Even though I only maxed out at gen 8 *Hangs head in shame*
I'm not a fan of the extra XP, but I'd love to see special emblems for reaching certain achievements in the original Titanfall.
