This weapon is gamebreaking as long as matches lag like they do. It sometimes takes longer to kill someone point blank with smg than it takes to lock on with SP. It's really hard to avoid these aholes when there is half a second latency between players. Lock on time is ridiculously short for 1 shot kill weapon and the range isn't very short by any means. I played update 7 attrition this morning for about an hour and 8 out of 10 people was using SP. It gets really annoying very quickly.
