So, I've only recently started playing this game, and one of the "new entries" fascinating me are the simulacrum pilots...however, I didn't manage to get much about them, so I wanted to ask here opinions and facts... Like, what are really they? Are they human brains inside robot bodies, a la Ghost in the Shell? Are they digital "brain scans" copies who only believe to be the original pilots? To quote another beloved Legion, do these units have a soul-or are they "mere" IA? Without spoilers, is this explored in the sp campaign?
