    Wuddup Titan Slayers!?
    I am trying to promote gamer health and fitness! I would like to help gamers get in the shape that they want while playing the video games that they love. In order to do this I created what I call the Video Game Fitness Program(or VGFP). It is a set of specific routines tailored to specific games! I know how inspired we get from Video Games so I know that we have potential to do amazing things when we put our minds to it! Nothing should get in the way of your health and fitness goals!
    I should also clear up that I will never ask you for money and I will always help in whatever way I can.

    I've thought about doing this but I'm pretty lazy and going to be starting up the gym with friends soon as is. Hopefully. I do home workouts but not a whole lot since I'm usually tired after work.

    I read a story of a guy who used to work out between GoW2 matchmaking(which took forever) and he got ripped at the end of the summer.

    That's awesome and you're a dead set champion Magnus.

    I'm a self confessed fitness buff and I do my pushup routine before and after I play games (not during) but your idea of doing planks during the evac period is deadset genius.

    I think I'm going to go adjust what I do in my 89 second break between rounds.

    Haha I love it! Really like how you integrated all those exercises while playing! I would love to see you do a livestream with a webcam setup and we could watch and workout with you! That would be awesome!

    I confess... I do not actually own this game but I love the livestream idea! I need to save up, haha. These routines are based on the beta also... After I uploaded them I thought of a few more things to add but it was too late. So I definitely need to get this game.
    Keep it up guys! I promise you that this will kick your ass in the best way. Once you start exercising before, after and during it will be hard to stop. But you have to start!
    This concept can also be applied to a lot of other games.

    We need to keep this on the front page! I already do the jumping jacks and running in place during the rounds so im already started!

    Oh and I noticed your difficulties going up by Halo names. Where is Easy? I like doing legendary no doubt about it in Halo but I prefer Easy........

    Haha, yeah, I even have skulls in some of my videos to warp the difficulty. I decided not to have the easy difficulty because I did not want to come off a condescending to anybody. So Normal ended up being the easy option. If you want to make it easier just take out the exercises during the gameplay. But I do recommend going higher in difficulties after a while. Normal is to ease people in to exercising during the game.
