Titanfall Generations requirements & challenges

What does the generations even mean?

 

Generations are like prestiges in Call of Duty

Anybody have any tips for the fresh squeezed challenge? I feel like 25 will take quite a while with all of the auto-ejecting.

 

I don't know how to edit my post, so if someone can tell me so I don't do it again that would be great....

Even though you get more xp with each generation, I think these are gonna extend the time you invest to regen. Especially in the higher lvls

 

What do you mean when you gain more xp with each generation?

 

Each time you "regenerate" you gain a percentage of bonus exp which is added at the end of every match it helps you level up quicker.

 

So your saying that after i reach generation one after each match i will gain bonus xp for leveling up again? An when you reach new generations do you lose all your weapons along with everything else with it?

 

That's correct on both questions.

 

Finally completed railgun challenge thanx to steelcurtain and wickerman for you advise worked a treat god that gun is pants Lol

 

The gaining extra xp part is pretty awesome but losing all your weapons again sucks call of duty fixed that mistake with black ops 2

 

Does any body have tips for the longbow DMR ? For example which load out works best or which game mode is best for farming sniper kills. In halo 4 I'm a pro sniper but in this game, the movement is just far too fast . I don't see myself killing 150 enemies let alone 50 pilots.

@ Logan's prime. losing all your weapons IN THIS GAME keeps the game balanced . Since there is no SP mode it would be hard for late comer noobs to enjoy and learn the game at a decent rate if they are out gunned every match. You don't want the gap between pros and noobs to be too large. Especially since the match making is based on finding a match quickly rather than finding equally skilled matches . Titanfall is by far the most balanced FPS I have ever played .

 

Just started gen 4 myself god I hate this gun already

 

Whoever made the brain surgeon challenge should be paraded through his/her hometown with pants hanging on ankles with a sign on the belly saying"kick genitalia for free"

 

Wow now this is going to take a while, Just cant believe that group got to gen 10 in 3 days!

 

Brain surgeon, just use the LMG (which you have to use already anyway) with the slammer...easy peasy.

 

You have to completely destroy the Titan or the Pilot has to eject for it to register

 

I said it once and I'll say it again, I HATE the Railgun.
