If you have Origin desktop app failed to initialize problem uninstall bitdefender -create new (non windows account) administer profile (download avg as bitdefender has major windows 8/8.1 compat. issues) that should take care of initializing error. If you are using intel switchable graphics download latest driver from intel download page, if you have radeon card try downloading latest catalyst control center. THes have worked for me.
