XBox1 to have backward compatibility

    Is soon to become (very soon) a reality. Yay!!! :D. Damn.:eek:...shipped all my 360 games to my sons.:mad: Opps:confused:, meant to put this in General Gaming...sorry.:cool:

    Yeah man, native too! Had a wee play of Jet Pack for old times sake, and I love that if you press the view and menu button at the same time, you get the old 360 menu pop up!

    Only 18 games right now though and it depends on publishers if other games are gonna be added.

    Well at least that a start at least.:) As with Titanfall 2 we'll just hope for the best.:)

    Yeah, backwards compat is a big thang for X1...and with the PS4 architecture they are unable to do it apparently...but the PS4 continues to outsell the X1 quite heavily...

    This I did not know. Thought it was the other way around. Just what does the PS4 have that the XB1 don't?

    Watch the 2013 E3 announcements and it would all fall into place! :D

    On paper the PS4 was arguably the better machine and ended up performing quite a bit better, once X1 sorts out the issues with direct X and they work out how to squeeze the most of it graphically then it wont be much different but as some would argue after their E3 turnout they have the better games as well. The only reason I don't use PS4 as my main machine is that I don't like how the sticks on the controller are in line. It is literally the only reason.

    Funny you say that, that was a definite factor for me too. It didn't feel as natural for my mutton hands.
