Hello I can't start titanfall on my xbox one. They hangs on the black screen with "respawn entertainment " and hangs and go back to the dashboard. I have reinstalled it but won't work. It's via ea access. And ea support say to me that I should write here....So please help me

This forum, although not belonging to Respawn, is sure to have some helpful advice - as it is the best TF forum What great service from EA though eh? You say reinstall it, is that using the same downloaded file, or can you delete game, download the whole thing again and try that?
after hours and hours it works!!!! THX Microsoft support.... i must reset my x1 to factory defaults with keeping my games and apps. New configured andddd work!!!
