After playing COD for many years I had a network of "friends" that played together, in fact I was in a Clan on both Xbox One and PS4. In addition to making the game more fun it made it much more social. I don't seem to see that type of community in TF. I realize there are far fewer regular players in the community but would still like to connect with others to play. Having said this my question is are there "Clan" like groups I could join up with or how can I connect with others to play with? I am an average player and new to the game but I am also older so I like a more mature experience. The nice thing is I play almost every day, during the day and sometimes in the evening. I am in Eastern Time Zone. Thanks
I got a clan, Eazy, 3G, A-Train, Evolve, Lexi and the Evil Angel have a clan. By clan I mean that these are a few of yhe people that I'd play with regularly and have fun doing it. Find some peeps, get micked up and commence to kicking some butt with some people you're comfortable with and have fun.
Battle is one of the regulars in the peeps that Rainman mentioned. Tell me your gamer tag and I will friend you and put out an invite next time we sync together. Our games are fun and laid back. The only constraint is that you are not allowed to say the "COD" word. It is all TF, TF, and TF... One admin word about clans. This site has a policy against it being a meeting ground for clans and clan business. The site is for regular people who love TF. So, you must understand the groups that play together are not clans, just people from the site who have talked and extended the conversation to the game. See you around!
Clan support for any game depends on the player base and game modes. TF1 certainly had the game modes, but the player base fell too fast to make it viable I suppose. It'll be hard to judge TF2 to start with. The game modes will definitely be there, but the player retention is the question. All I know is that the new network system will lend itself perfectly to clan matches. So fingers crossed!

Remember that Titanfall is going to have Networks and these forums have their own Network! Check it out here! Obviously you'll have to wait until the game actually drops to join that but I'm also planning on running regular weekly community game nights on PS4 and Xbox One.
